Advocate Siyabulela Pendani is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa practicing as a Trust Account Advocate with permission to take instructions directly from members of the public in terms of Section 34(2)(b) read with Section 84(1) & (2) of the Legal Practice Act 2004.
Advocate Siyabule Pendani is in possession of an LLB Degree, National Diploma Environmental health, Practice Management Training (PMT) and Practical Legal Training (PLT). He is a Board Member of the Health Professions Council (HPCSA). He has practiced in the law enforcement space in the past 10years. He later started practicing as a referral advocate from 2018. Advocate Siyabulela Pendani operates his legal practice from Pretoria, South Africa.
